Please ensure you read through all the terms and conditions before booking. By using my services you agree to my terms and conditions.

General

Livia’s FurrEver Adventures agrees to provide a high level of service to the client and perform the agreed services in an attentive, reliable and caring manner.

Livia’s FurrEver Adventures have full liability insurance, is Canine First Aid trained and DBS checked.

Livia’s FurrEver Adventures will arrange a free ‘Meet &Greet’ session with all new clients, this must be completed before any dog walking or pet sitting service is booked.

Livia’s FurrEver Adventures hold the right to refuse commencement of any services until all information and permissions are given, either by filling in the forms provided or the forms available on my Online Portal.

The client gives Livia’s FurrEver Adventures permission to enter and visit their property to carry out the booked service at the pre-arranged time and date specified.

The client agrees that, by signing the Key Holder Waiver form, this will indemnify Livia’s FurrEver Adventures in full against any liability arising from loss or damage to the property or its contents, in present and future circumstances.

Livia’s FurrEver Adventures advise clients to notify neighbours that Livia’s FurrEver Adventures will be visiting the client’s home in their absence.

The client must ensure that their pet is in good health, free from fleas and adequately wormed. If Livia’s FurrEver Adventures believes that your pet is not in good health, she reserve the right to seek veterinary advice and treatment on your behalf and you will be liable for the veterinary fees incurred. The client is also responsible for any veterinary fees and associated costs (e.g. call out fees) that are incurred during their absence and whilst in the care of Livia’s FurrEver Adventures, including any illness that may develop, or injuries sustained during the course of their care. The client authorises Livia’s FurrEver Adventures to seek veterinary advice and/or treatment as they deem necessary; where possible this will be carried out by the client’s usual/preferred vet, but this cannot be guaranteed (e.g. in an emergency) and the client accepts that Livia’s FurrEver Adventures may at their discretion use any registered vet. Clients will be issued a Veterinary Release form which must be completed and sent back to Livia’s FurrEver Adventures prior to the first walk/sit. This allows Livia’s FurrEver Adventures to obtain permission on behalf of the client for any signed veterinary treatment (as listed in the Veterinary Release form) that may be necessary. 

A maximum amount to spend will also be agreed beforehand. All efforts will be made to contact the client in the event of an emergency. I recommend clients provide me with the contact details of at least two trusted 3rd parties in case I am unable to contact the client. However, Livia’s FurrEver Adventures reserve the right to make decisions regarding the health of the clients pet, provided it is at all times acting in the best interests of the animal and on the advice of a veterinary surgeon. You, the client is responsible for the payment of all veterinary fees and costs incurred, immediately upon collection of the animal from the veterinary surgery, or as agreed by the practice. If Livia’s FurrEver Adventures incurs any costs or veterinary charges, the client agrees to reimburse Livia’s FurrEver Adventures in full immediately.

Livia’s FurrEver Adventures will make adequate steps to ensure your home is safe and secure in your absence, however Livia’s FurrEver Adventures cannot be held responsible for any burglaries or any accidents caused by your pet(s).

Livia’s FurrEver Adventures will not be responsible for any damage caused by the pet in the client’s property while the client is away.

Livia’s FurrEver Adventures will administer medication at the request of the client, providing clear instructions are given. Livia’s FurrEver Adventures will not be responsible for any issues or adverse reactions caused as a result of the administered medication.

Livia’s FurrEver Adventures is not liable for any injury or damage caused or incurred by the client’s pet escaping because of faulty or ill-fitting lead/collar.

For pets that are micro-chipped it is the owner’s responsibility to ensure the correct details are held by the necessary company, in the unlikely event that their pet is lost.

Livia’s FurrEver Adventures will moderately use treats when rewarding good behaviour. The client is responsible for accurately completing the new client form provided or on the online portal, detailing any allergies, intolerances, or special feeding the pet requires. Should client’s pet require specific treats due to allergies, intolerances, or special feeding, these are to be provided by the client.

All owners are required to give Livia's FurrEver Adventures access to their home in their absence purely for the purpose of completing the agreed service. All keys and sensitive/personal information will be stored in a secure, locked safe. A key/fob may be left accessible in the owner's chosen location (i.e. under a doormat or flowerpot) however, Livia's FurrEver Adventures will not be held accountable for any lost, stolen or damaged keys when not directly in their possession. In the event of a lost, stolen or damaged key/fob whilst in Livia's FurrEver Adventures possession, an exact replacement or money to that value will be provided.Additionally, clients are requested to demonstrate how keys/alarm systems work during the initial consultation for a smooth and secure service delivery.

Livia's FurrEver Adventures warrant to keep safe and confidential all keys, remote control entry devices, access codes and personal information pertaining to the client and to return to the client at the end of the contract period or immediately upon demand.

Livia’s FurrEver Adventures will properly dispose of all pet waste when away from the household. If pet waste is within the household or garden, Livia’s FurrEver Adventures request that customers advise where to correctly dispose of waste.

I am a family run, small business. In the unlikely event that any unforeseen circumstances arise, which cause me to cancel your booking I will endeavour to give at least 24 hours notice.

I will endeavour to be at every scheduled appointment on time, but I am a mobile service and can be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as, adverse weather, traffic etc.

Pets are transported in a secure van equipped with safe and comfortable cages, independently crash-tested DT boxes, ensuring both comfort and safety during the journey. These crates are regularly cleaned with dog-friendly disinfectant to maintain a clean and healthy environment. The clients are obliged to let the walker know if the dog/dogs do not tolerate the vehicle. Dogs from the same household may share a cage with the client’s permission.

It is implied that the client declares they are the legal owner or approved guardian of the pet(s) being serviced by Livia's FurrEver Adventures. All the information and details provided are true, correct, and complete to the best of the client's knowledge at the time of submission, and they will update any information as soon as possible should it change. Failure to fully disclose any matter that might render the owner's dog unsuitable for dog walking or pet sitting will be considered a material omission, constituting a fundamental breach of the agreement.

I may without notice change the services, stop providing the services or any of the features of the services I offer or create limits for the services.

 The client agree to notify Livia's FurrEver Adventures of any concerns/complaints within 24 hours of any appointments.

With the client's consent, by signing my Social Media Release form, their pet(s) may be photographed, videotaped, and/or featured in any media or advertising produced by Livia’s FurrEver Adventures. All such media remain the property of Livia’s FurrEver Adventures.

Livia’s FurrEver Adventures aim to give four weeks’ notice at least, of her holidays. In the case of single days off, Livia’s FurrEver Adventures will aim to give the client one weeks’ notice.

Livia’s FurrEver Adventures reserve the right to close over the Christmas and New year period.

Livia’s FurrEver Adventures reserves the right to terminate the agreement at any time if the terms are not adhered to or if safety concerns, financial concerns, or inappropriate and/or uncomfortable situations arise.

Data Protection

Livia’s FurrEver Adventures takes client privacy seriously and will never share or disclose any details to third parties, except for your nominated vet. You may have access to any of your data at any given time.

My Privacy Policy is required as a part of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), it is necessary for me to inform you of the information I keep about you and your pet, how I use it, and how it is stored. The cloud-based Pet Sitter Plus software I utilize is GDPR compliant. You have the right to access and amend all information I hold about you through the portal.

I store the following information about your pet on their consent forms and which will be locked away securely each night or if sent digitally they will be secured by password on my computer.

​Your name, address, contact number , email address, emergency contacts, registered veterinary surgeon’s details all of which you will have provided in your consent forms.

Your pet's age, name, breed, colour, details of microchip, gender, insurance details, neutered/spayed, vaccinations and health issues known etc.

If your dog has likes/dislikes during their walks

If your dog has been nervous, excited, or aggressive during their walks

Any medical issues that you have provided us with

The amount you spend on walks with us.

I will only use your personal information in the following ways:

to respond to any inquiries made by yourself to me

to send appointment reminders via email and text message

to send any special vouchers or promotions

for market research purposes

for record-keeping purposes

to deal with inquiries and complaints

to contact you about your appointment, dog collection or drop off, cancellations, rescheduling, or emergencies

To ask you for a review

It is an explicit requirement that I have a minimum of your name, address, and phone number so that I can send walk/sits updates reminders/changes or if I urgently need to contact you when your pet is in my care.

Unfortunately, I CAN NOT accept a pet for dog walking or other pet care related services without valid, up-to-date contact details.

Your name and contact number, along with other relevant details, are securely stored in my password protected pet sitter software on my mobile phone and my tablet. This allows me to contact you in cases of emergencies, walk updates, and appointment reminders. Rest assured, access to this information is restricted solely to me for your privacy and security.

This information will not be available to anyone other than me and will be protected by a passcode only I have access to.

You may ask to view your details at any time. If you would like your information destroyed please let me know and I will do so at your request. Details of non-returning customers, including those for home visits and pet sits, will be securely destroyed within 1 year of their last attendance on walks

I like to take pictures of our walks to share on my socials, I will only share if you have agreed for me to do so in my consent forms. All photos taken are copyright of Livia’s FurrEver Adventures.

Dog Walking

All dogs will be subject to a free initial assessment by Livia’s FurrEver Adventures prior to using Livia’s FurrEver Adventures Services. All new clients will have a trial week. It is very important that all dogs are well behaved and safe at all times. Livia’s FurrEver Adventures reserves the right to refuse admission to any dog deemed in their absolute discretion to be, or have the potential to be, dangerous or disruptive.

Livia’s FurrEver Adventures will not walk more than 6 dogs.This is also recommended by my insurance and set out in their policy.

All dogs being exercised must be fully vaccinated and on a regular flea and worm control regime.

Livia’s FurrEver Adventures reserves the right to refuse admission if the client fails to provide adequate proof of vaccinations including bordetella (kennel cough), or the vaccinations are found to be expired or otherwise incomplete.

The client accepts that even though their dog is vaccinated against Bordetella (Kennel Cough) there is a chance that their dog can still contract Kennel Cough. The client agrees that they will not hold Livia’s FurrEver Adventures responsible if their dog contracts Kennel Cough while attending.

The client agrees that, in accepting their dog, Livia’s FurrEver Adventures has relied on the client’s representation that their dog is in good health and has not harmed or shown aggression or threatening behaviour toward any person or any other dog.

The client agrees to cover all costs arising from any claim in the event their dog should attack a person or other animal.

In extreme circumstances Livia’s FurrEver Adventures reserves the right to terminate a service.

The client agrees to take any necessary measures or precautions to ensure that their dog is continuously free of contagious, infectious, or otherwise communicable diseases. The client further agrees to notify Livia’s FurrEver Adventures immediately of any infectious and/or contagious disease or conditions their dog has been exposed to or is affected by. Such diseases and conditions include, but are not limited to: Distemper, Hepatitis, Kennel Cough (Bordetella), Parvovirus, Corona virus, Alabama Rot, Worms, Lyme disease, Fleas, Pregnancy, Infectious Skin Diseases, and Intestinal Parasites. Livia’s FurrEver Adventures reserves the right to refuse admission until satisfied that the condition is resolved.

The client confirms that their dog(s) is not on the banned breed list in accordance with UK law.

The client confirms that their dog(s) is not under a Dog Control Order and that if this should change, they will inform Livia’s FurrEver Adventures prior to their next arranged service.

The client will declare any history of human/dog bites to Livia’s FurrEver Adventures during the consultation .

The client agrees to notify Livia’s FurrEver Adventures immediately of any unwelcome, aggressive, or dangerous behaviour of their dog that has potential to cause harm to any other dog or individual. Should any dog become aggressive or dangerous, Livia’s FurrEver Adventures may terminate the dog walking & pet services contract with immediate effect.In such cases, the client will not be entitled to any refund nor relief of any outstanding payments due.

Although Livia’s FurrEver Adventures holds Public Liability insurance, wherever possible pets should be insured by the client. If the client does not wish to take out pet insurance, separate public liability Insurance for their dog is recommended, which can be obtained from organisations such as ‘The Dogs Trust’ for a small annual fee.

In accordance with The Control of Dogs Act 1992 any dog in a public place must wear a collar with the name and address including postcode of the owner engraved or written on it, or on a tag, whether the dog is microchipped or not.

Livia’s FurrEver Adventures promises to care and respect your pet(s) to a very high standard. To enable me to care for your pet(s) the cliens must provide all essential items to do so. This includes (but is not limited to) leads, a fitted harness, collar, food, water, bowls and coat. Muzzles should/will be provided by the clients, this should be a comfortable and correct fit around the dog’s face in cases where dogs may become reactive. However, Livia’s FurrEver Adventures may use their own leads and safety equipment and carry all walk necessities such as poo bags, treats, water and first aid.

The client agrees to ensure their dog has not eaten in the hour before the scheduled pick-up time by Livia’s FurrEver Adventures, this allows sufficient time to digest food before any exercise or play. This will reduce the risk of the potentially life-threatening condition, Gastric Torsion (bloat).

The client agrees to provide keys/arrange access to the pet for the agreed appointment. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation for that day’s service and will be paid in full by the client.

If you are happy for your dog to be exercised off the lead, please ensure she/he will return upon command. Your dog will not be let off the lead without client’s consent or until excellent recall is demonstrated/ or a dog is walked in a hired enclosed dog field . All new dogs are very likely to be walked on the lead for the first 3 months.

Livia’s FurrEver Adventures will only let dogs off the lead once an ‘Off the lead consent form’ has been signed and will remain at the discretion of Livia’s FurrEver Adventures.

Livia’s FurrEver Adventures offers a service where dogs co-mingle in a group. The client accepts that during the course of normal dog play their dog may sustain injuries. All dog play is carefully monitored to avoid injury, but scratches, punctures, torn ligaments, or other injuries may occur despite the best supervision.

Bitches may only attend solo walks whilst in season or pregnant, unless at our discretion. Alternatively, home visits can be arranged, which may be preferable.Livia’s FurrEver Adventures reserves the right to refuse admission if these criteria are not met.

The client understands that animals are unpredictable and Livia’s FurrEver Adventures cannot be held responsible for mishaps to the dog(s) including, but not limited to, any dog(s)’s refusal to take medication, escaping, biting, or ingestion of foreign materials resulting in injury or accidental death.

The client agrees and acknowledges that grass seeds are a common cause of injury or ailment to dogs, and due to the miniscule nature of the grass seeds, it is a threat of injury or ailment that is very difficult to protect against. The client agrees and acknowledges that Livia’s FurrEver Adventures will not be liable in any event for any injury, discomfort, infection, or ailment in any form that the dog may suffer as a result of or in connection with grass seeds including, but not limited to, any and all costs and/or vet bills as a result of such injury discomfort, infection or ailment the dog may suffer.  

The client acknowledges the possibility of bee or wasp stings and understands that, despite precautions taken during walks, such incidents may occur. In the event of a bee or wasp sting to the dog, the client agrees that Livia’s FurrEver Adventures will not be held liable for any resulting discomfort, injury, or vet bills. It is recommended that the client informs Livia’s FurrEver Adventures of any known allergies or sensitivities to bee or wasp stings to ensure appropriate care is provided for the dog's well-being.

The client acknowledges the potential dangers of blue-green algae and giant hogweed to dogs. While all the efforts will be made to avoid exposure, Livia’s FurrEver Adventures is not liable for any resulting injury, discomfort, or vet bills.

While Livia's FurrEver Adventures takes every precaution to ensure your pet's well-being, Livia's FurrEver Adventures cannot guarantee the absence of ticks during outdoor activities. In the event Livia's FurrEver Adventures discover a tick on your pet, Livia's FurrEver Adventures will seek the client's immediate consent and instructions before proceeding with removal. It is important to note that tick removal, while performed with care, carries inherent risks, including the possibility of infection or allergic reactions. By engaging my services, the client acknowledges that tick removal may be necessary, and the client agrees that Livia's FurrEver Adventures shall not be held responsible for any consequences, including medical issues or discomfort, arising from tick removal or tick-related incidents. Alternatively, if the situation requires it, Livia's FurrEver Adventures may take the client's dog to the vet for further assessment and treatment. Please be aware that, in such cases, the client will be responsible for any associated costs.

In the unlikely event of circumstances completely beyond Livia’s FurrEver Adventures’ control, i.e, malicious intent by a third party, negligent behaviour by a third party or accident caused by a third party which may result in harm, Livia’s FurrEver Adventures cannot be held liable for any loss, injury or death to a pet whilst in her care. 

Livia’s FurrEver Adventures highly recommend that all dogs are neutered. Should your dog impregnate or be impregnated by another dog while under my supervision, Livia’s FurrEver Adventures bears no responsibility for any consequences including any financial damages.

Livia’s FurrEver Adventures will inform the client of any incident or anything they notice about the dog(s) which the owner should know.

The client is solely responsible for any and all harm or damage caused by their dog while it is under the care of Livia’s FurrEver Adventures or is using any other services provided by Livia’s FurrEver Adventures and agrees to indemnify Livia’s FurrEver Adventures in full against any liability arising from such harm or damage to third parties.

Views, and/or opinions expressed by me during the provision of the services (or otherwise) should in no way be viewed as a substitute for professional veterinary advice. I shall have no liability to you or any third party (whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise and howsoever arising) for any loss, damage, suffering, costs and/or expenses incurred resulting from the expression of such views and/or opinions by me.

If dogs require a quick towelling off after walks or any additional cleaning, I kindly request clients to provide towels and cleaning products and leave them by the front door.  However, Livia's FurrEver Adventures will also aim to clean dogs with own towels and cleaning products and provide dog bathrobes ( laundered after every use) , depending on the client's preference. Livia’s FurrEver Adventures cannot be held responsible for any dirt/mess made by your dog in your home after any walk nor cannot be held liable for any associated grooming or cleaning charges, as a result from the dog walk.

The client agrees that Livia’s FurrEver Adventures is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged leads, collars, tags, clothing, or any other item left with their dog.

Pick- up and Drop off Policy

PICK UP

A pick-up time may be pre-arranged with you if specifically requested, otherwise, it will be varied in either a morning ,lunch or afternoon slot. Please leave leads out in the agreed place visible. I will provide leads if required.

Please leave towels out if it is due to be a wet day. Your dog will be taken on an agreed walk either locally or transported to a chosen walk/secure field in my vehicle.


DROP OFF 

I will walk your dog for the agreed time and drop them off at your house after the agreed session has taken place (this could change depending on the weather- please see my weather walk policy for more information).

This is to allow me to dry paws, get your dog comfortable and give fresh water and treats or food if specified. If for some reason we are delayed we will keep you updated.

In the event of very muddy weather, walks might be shortened by 5 minutes to allow for the proper cleaning of your dog's paws and fur. Your understanding is appreciated as this ensures the well-being and cleanliness of your pet.

Weather walk Policy

Livia’s FurrEver Adventures will apply personal judgement as to whether a walk is cut short or cancelled due to extreme weather conditions (ie, heat, ice, torrential rains, thunderstorms etc) for the safety of both the dogs and the walker. Livia’s FurrEver Adventures will follow the clients previously agreed extreme weather plan, in this situation. The extreme weather options are as follows:

*** If the booking hasn’t commenced, the client can cancel the appointment altogether, at no cost to the client.

*** If the booking hasn’t commenced, Livia’s FurrEver Adventures will still attend the booking, however, they will replace the walk with a toilet break and house play, giving mental stimulation and company, incurring the same cost as the original booking.

*** If the booking has already commenced and the weather conditions become unsafe, the walk will be shortened, which will result in the client only being charged for the shortened booking.

*** If the booking has already commenced, Livia’s FurrEver Adventures can stay for the duration of the time booked; however instead of a walk, a toilet break and house play giving mental stimulation & company can be provided for the same cost.

Home Visits/ Pet Sitting

Pet sitting is done in the owner’s home and include a minimum one 30 minutes walk, garden let outs, play time, feeding and any additional tasks required for your pet, depending on the length of the visit. Pets can be left alone for up to four to five hours a day. 

The client accepts that Livia’s FurrEver Adventures is not liable for injury, disappearance or death of any pet that has access to the outdoors. The client accepts that the use of a cat flap or dog flap increases the risk of accident to their pets safety. The client accepts that the life expectancy of some pets (rats, mice etc) can be very short and unexpected death can occur, which is beyond the control of Livia’s FurrEver Adventures.

If bathing of pets is required, Livia’s FurrEver Adventures cannot be held liable for any allergic reactions your pet may have as a result of the bathing products used. 

The client must provide all items necessary for pets to be cared for in the client’s absence (i.e. food, water, medication, cat litter, leads, tags, collars etc). Should pets require any additional supplies whilst in the care of Livia’s FurrEver Adventures, these will be purchased and added to the final bill. The client will be also expected to cover any other expenses including extra visits and transportation. The client will be provided with receipts as evidence of these expenses.

When litter trays are present, Livia’s FurrEver Adventures request a scoop, plastic bag, any required cleaning spray and fresh cat litter. This is also applicable for any caged animal requiring cleaning.

Livia’s FurrEver Adventures will clean up after your pet to the best of her ability. Please inform me of the area in which cleaning supplies can be located. I am not responsible for any flooring stains created by your pet.

In the event of being delayed on return, you must inform Livia’s FurrEver Adventures immediately. I will use my best endeavours to provide continued care for your pet(s), this will be at the owner’s expense.

If unable to care for your pets(s) at this time I will make alternative arrangements.

The client understand that alternative arrangements will first be sought through their emergency contact – failure to provide care for their pets(s) will result in them being taken to a local pet care provider (i.e., kennels, cattery, etc); at the owner’s expense, this may incur additional transfer fee.

Livia’s FurrEver Adventures may wish to have a companion to accompany on an assignment at no additional costs to the client. This will be agreed with the client beforehand.

If a client refers a friend, both the client and their friend will receive a 10% discount on the next booking. Please notify Livia's Furrever Adventure when making a referral, and remember that only one referral is valid per assignment.

If CCTV cameras and internal cameras are installed, Livia’s FurrEver Adventures must be made aware of this before the assignment starts. Please inform me about your home security system and provide me with codes to enable easy access to the property.

The client will inform Livia’s FurrEver Adventures if anyone is expected to attend the property during the client's absence, i.e. friend or workmen, and whether or not they have permission to access the property.

Any misleading or false information that may result in the safety of your pet or Livia's FurrEver Adventures may result in the termination of the pet sitting agreement immediately.In such cases, the client will not be entitled to any refund nor relief of any outstanding payments due.

Pet Transport /Taxi

All bookings are subject to a 50% non-refundable deposit payable in advance.

Any cancellations must be made more than 48 hrs in advance or the full rate will be charged.

Clients must notify the veterinary surgery, groomers or appointment location that Livia's FurrEver Adventures will be attending the appointment on their behalf and ensure that arrangements for payment have been made with the vet, groomers or appointment giver prior to the appointment.

Any client wishing to accompany Livia's FurrEver Adventures whilst an animal is being transported accepts that they do so at their own risk and that Livia's FurrEver Adventures does not accept any liability for any accident, injury or delay incurred during transportation.

The Loyalty Scheme

The Loyalty Scheme exclusively applies to dog walking services only.

The Loyalty Card is available exclusively for my valued clients and can not be given to another person to stamp or claim the reward.

To be eligible for a free walk, the client must complete nine paid walks with Livia’s FurrEver Adventures. It is the client's responsibility to keep track of this and to ensure its availability for stamping.

The Loyalty Card is non-transferable and can only be used for walks with the same dog.

Livia’s FurrEver Adventures reserve the right to make changes to the Loyalty Scheme and its terms at any time.

The Loyalty Card has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for other services or products.

Any misuse of the card and the client will lose the privilege of the loyalty card system.

This reward scheme is subject to availability and may be withdrawn or altered at my discretion at any time.

Bookings & Cancellations

Livia’s FurrEver Adventures accepts occasional and permanent bookings. For new customers, a 'Meet and Greet' must be arranged before any last-minute services, as these require proper arrangements. Livia’s FurrEver Adventures request booking to be ideally made 24 hours in advance to avoid any disappointment. However, if existing clients require last minute care, Livia’s FurrEver Adventures will endeavour to accommodate your pet’s requirements, providing they are arranged and confirmed by Livia’s FurrEver Adventures.

Livia’s FurrEver Adventures operates a 24-hour cancellation policy for dog walking and home visits. Failure to provide at least 24 hours notice will result in the client being charged in full for these services booked. However, if the service can be rearranged for a new slot in the same week , the cancellation policy will not apply. Any cancellations made within 48 hours will have to pay 50% of service.

For pet sitting, a 50% deposit is required upon booking, and the remaining amount is due upon completion of the service. If the deposit is not sent at the time of booking, Livia’s FurrEver Adventures is not able to guarantee your place.

Pet sitting cancellations made less than 3 days before the sitting is due will be charged at the full amount. The client will be charged full amount  except in the case of a documented medical emergency. If 4 days or more is given then the 25% of deposit is non-refundable but no further charges will be expected.

For pet sitting service in the event of an early pickup, full payment must still be paid regardless of any early return home by the clients. If Livia’s FurrEver Adventures is unable to access your pet due to problems with doors/ keys or pet is not at home, the client will be required to pay the full price of the first day’s fee.

If Livia’s FurrEver Adventures needs to cancel a service due to illness or an emergency, a full refund will be given.

Charges & Payment Terms

The charges, as communicated at the time of booking, are non- negotiable, ensuring competitive pricing while maintaining my commitment to quality pet care services.

All prices quoted are in pounds sterling unless otherwise stated.

Pricing varies based on the time of year, location, service requirements, and the number of pets. Discounts are available for multiple pets.

Pet sitting charges are calculated per day ( not night ).This applies from when the sitter arrives at the client's property to when the sitter leaves; for example, from Saturday to Saturday will count as an eight-day stay.

The client will be deemed to have accepted Livia’s FurrEver Adventures’ charges upon confirmation of the booking. Bookings will only be accepted after all the necessary forms have been completed and payment is made in accordance with the quoted price at that time.

Livia’s FurrEver Adventures reserve the right to change prices for services at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.

The following days are subject to availability and additional charges: Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Easter Saturday, Easter Sunday, Easter Monday and all other Bank Holidays.

Weekend walks ( anytime) & Morning walks before 8am and Evening walks after 6 pm incur additional charges.

Driving outside the service area is charged at an extra £1 per mile.

GPS trackers are available upon request and shall be provided at the discretion of Livia’s FurrEver Adventures for a fee of 50 pence per walk. The client acknowledges and agrees to this additional charge for GPS tracker usage when requested.

Please be aware that a £5 fee applies for key collection and drop-off (each ), with the exception of keys provided during the initial meeting or left in a secure safe for future visits.

Livia’s FurrEver Adventures will notify the client in writing with a minimum of 14 days or more notice prior to any price increase. The client have the right to cancel the service after notification of a price increase at anytime. The prices previously agreed upon for the services shall remain unaltered until the date of the price increase.

Livia’s FurrEver Adventures accepts payment via bank transfer or cash. For bank transfers, please ensure the payment is made at least 24 hours in advance and cash payments can be left in your home on the day of the service.

Invoices will be prepared and sent through the online portal once the booking is confirmed, in advance of the scheduled service.

Account details can be found on my invoices and are due on receipt.

Livia’s FurrEver Adventures reserve the right to impose a £2.50 late payment fee if a payment is more than three days overdue, then £0.50 charged on a daily basis from the fourth day until payment is received in full.

If the client is unable to make a payment due to exceptional circumstances, Livia’s FurrEver Adventures will accept one week’s delay. Further delays may result in charges as stated above.

Failure to pay may result in services being suspended until all outstanding payments have been received.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms will be governed by English law and any disputes will be resolved exclusively by the English Courts.

The Terms and Conditions of this document apply to all pets owned by the client, including any and all new pets that the client obtains on or after the date of this document.

If the client decide they no longer require services from Livia’s FurrEver Adventures , please provide one weeks’ written notice.

The client will be considered to have read, understood and accepted Livia’s FurrEver Adventures Terms and Conditions (as laid out here) by creating a Pet Sitter Plus account or upon signature of the contract and an agreement to pay my fees on time.This agreement applies on every occasion your pet is in the care of Livia's FurrEver Advenutres.

No variation of these Terms and Conditions will take effect unless confirmed by Livia’s FurrEver Adventures in writing.
